Removed from box to use and it is stuck. Will knob will not turn at all. Marks on bottom of unit. Not sure what is going on. Quick response from customer care with video of how to use but did not solve
because it is like it is locked into place. I just want it to work or exchange for one that will.
Customer service is amazing. Called them today explained it was stuck sent me trouble shouting steps. I actually sprayed with Wd40 tapped with rubber mallet and back in business. This is what keeping small businesses going as the personalization to help.
Now I can wear some of my boots that I haven’t in some time! Very happy with product.
A little pricy but is well made and does an excellent job of stretching both the instep and the upper part of the boot.

I have very wide and muscular calves and thanks to this handy tool I don’t have to cut my boots anymore! I have had zero issue so far after having it for a week. The stretcher is a heavy metal tool, I’m sure it will be able to do its job for years to come if I just take care of it properly. I did successfully stretch one boot out over the last couple days, and just started working on the second boot. As you can see in the picture the boot is stretched! The other boot is untouched from Ariat so you can clearly see the major difference. I am very pleased with this stretcher! I stretched my boot as wide as I needed and there was still room to stretch with the tool. This was the best investment EVER!
