Removed from box to use and it is stuck. Will knob will not turn at all. Marks on bottom of unit. Not sure what is going on. Quick response from customer care with video of how to use but did not solve
because it is like it is locked into place. I just want it to work or exchange for one that will.

Customer service is amazing. Called them today explained it was stuck sent me trouble shouting steps. I actually sprayed with Wd40 tapped with rubber mallet and back in business. This is what keeping small businesses going as the personalization to help.

Great soles, refinished my brothers shoes as a Christmas gift and they worked great, slightly more square toe than I expected but toe cuts pretty easily with a box knife and sands down with a dremel.
